Mariana co-founded Rise & Shine in 2011 and leads group strategy, culture and growth across all regions, with a relentless focus on people and standards.

James Okafor

Chief Operating Officer

James oversees national operations and service delivery, building the systems and standards that keep every site running to plan.

Priya Sharma

Finance Director

Priya leads finance and commercial strategy, keeping the business sustainable, transparent and ready to grow responsibly.

Tom Whitfield

Head of Sustainability & QHSE

Tom drives our environmental and health-and-safety programmes, leading the move to eco-certified products and water-saving methods.

Aroha Ngata

People & Culture Director

Aroha leads recruitment, training and wellbeing — making sure every colleague is vetted, supported and set up to do their best work.

David Chen

Commercial & Technology Lead

David leads commercial partnerships and the technology that powers our scheduling, reporting and customer transparency.
